    SkillsUSA prepares students for careers in architecture and construction. Students learn to design, plan, manage, build, and maintaining the built environment.

  • Arts, A/V Technology & Communications

    SkillsUSA prepares students to design, produce, perform, write, and publish multimedia content including visual and performing arts and design, journalism, and entertainment services.

  • Energy

    SkillsUSA prepares students for careers in the energy sector. Students learn to design, develop, and maintain systems for generating, transmitting, and distributing power. This includes renewable and non-renewable energy sources, as well as emerging technologies aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact.

  • Government & Public Administration

    SkillsUSA prepares students for careers in government and public administration. Students gain knowledge in governmental operations, public service ethics, policy making, and administration. This includes understanding the roles of public officials, civic engagement, and how governmental agencies serve the needs of the public.

Students plan, manage, and perform the processing of materials into intermediate or final products and related professional and technical support activities such as production planning and control, maintenance and manufacturing/process engineering.

    SkillsUSA prepares students for emerging careers in STEM. Students learn to plan, manage, and provide scientific research and professional and technical services (e.g., physical science, social science, engineering) including laboratory and testing services, and research and development services.

  • Transportation, Distribution & Logistics

    SkillsUSA prepares students to plan and manage the movement of people, materials and goods by road, pipeline, air, rail and water and related professional support services such as transportation infrastructure planning and management, logistics services, mobile equipment and facility maintenance.
